I designed the first website for CYRUSS, a startup dedicated to connecting users with reliable professionals for the maintenance and repair of their properties. The project involved creating a user-centric, clean, and modern website that emphasizes intuitive navigation, responsive design, and essential functionalities. The result is an engaging platform that effectively communicates CYRUSS's mission and facilitates seamless user interaction, positioning the startup for success in the competitive market.

La Forge à Bois, a bespoke furniture maker renowned for its craftsmanship and unique designs, sought to enhance its digital presence by creating a new website. The goal was to showcase their portfolio of custom furniture, facilitate customer engagement, and streamline the order process.

Folie Technique, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting science and engineering education among children, faced significant operational challenges due to an outdated and disjointed task management system. The organization struggled with inefficiencies caused by the use of multiple, non-integrated tools, resulting in time loss, repetitive tasks, and decreased productivity.

As the principal designer for the Aux Cônes Verts startup, I efficiently managed the design and development of their first website from scratch. My user-centered approach, coupled with my proficient use of tools like Webflow and Figma, resulted in a unique, engaging website that conveys the brand's ethos and caters to user needs. Despite the project's complexity, my phased development strategy ensured timely delivery and is a testament to my adaptability and commitment to client satisfaction.

In collaboration with Polytechnique Montréal, I embarked on a project to enhance the user experience of the Service des stages et emplois (SSE). Despite facing challenges such as budgetary constraints and restrictions imposed by the existing website model, our user-focused approach enabled us to gather in-depth insights and produce a solid set of recommendations. This comprehensive plan was crafted to address the needs and expectations of the users while respecting the constraints of Polytechnique's website structure, demonstrating our commitment to deliver robust and feasible solutions even in challenging circumstances.

The Open Table's App project focused on enhancing user retention and trust in the Open Table mobile app. As a UX Designer and Researcher, I identified and addressed gaps in social connection and review features. Through comprehensive user research, hypothesis testing, and prototyping, my team and I designed innovative features that significantly increased user engagement and interest, leading to positive stakeholder feedback and valuable improvements in my UX design skills.

The Sofar Sounds UI/UX project focused on optimizing the ticket purchase and event search journey. Through meticulous user research and usability reviews, we delivered recommendations for streamlined navigation, diverse offerings, and enhanced social media integration, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
